Common questions

How do I add a property?

Tap 'Property Hub' in the bottom navigation bar, then tap the + button in the top right corner. You can add as many properties as your plan allows.

How does the free trial work?

Both Starter and Pro plans include a 3-month free trial with no credit card required upfront. You'll only be asked for payment details when the trial ends.

Can I use Cazavera on iPhone?

Yes. Cazavera is a mobile-first web app that works great in Safari on iOS. You can subscribe at cazavera.com, then open the app in your browser — you can add it to your home screen for a native-app feel.

How do I scan a receipt?

Go to Expenses, tap the camera icon, and take a photo of your receipt. Cazavera will read the amount, date, and vendor for you — just confirm the details and save.

What does the appliance scan do?

In Property Hub → Keep it running → Appliances, tap 'Scan appliance'. Point your camera at the appliance's model label and Cazavera will identify the type, brand, model, and dimensions automatically.

Can I share access with my accountant or partner?

Yes. Go to Settings → Household members and send an invite by email. You can grant editor or viewer-only access.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email us at support@cazavera.com and we'll cancel your subscription right away. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account inside the app. You'll be asked to confirm by typing DELETE. Your subscription will be cancelled and all data permanently removed within 30 days.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Cazavera uses row-level security on the database so no user can access another user's data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Billing questions

For billing issues, subscription changes, or refund requests, email us at support@cazavera.com with your account email address and a brief description of the issue.
