I built Cazavera because managing properties should not mean searching through old texts, emails, spreadsheets, and notebooks every time something comes up.

I manage properties I own, and I’ve also helped manage family properties where multiple people need visibility. What I kept running into was not just a bookkeeping problem — it was an operations problem. The important information was scattered, and every simple question turned into unnecessary back-and-forth.

Where’s the water heater model number?
What paint color was used last time?
Who is the plumber?
When was the last repair?
What did we charge last year?
Who needs to see this update?

I’m a CPA, so I care about clean records. But I also care about response time and clarity. If a tenant has an issue, you should be able to answer quickly because the critical information is already in one place.

That’s what Cazavera is for. It helps self-managing landlords and family property owners keep the financial and operational details organized so they can respond faster, avoid confusion, and spend less time going back and forth.
